Data and experience
Web development
Fast, structured, maintainable WordPress builds: schema-ready, Core Web Vitals clean, and easy for your team to edit without calling us.
A marketing site has three jobs: load fast, be legible to machines, and let your own team change it. Most agency builds satisfy the first on launch day and fail the other two within a year, usually because the build optimised for the pitch rather than for the people who inherit it.
What it covers
Performance
Core Web Vitals treated as a build requirement rather than a later optimisation, with images, fonts and scripts handled properly from the start.
Structured data
Schema built into the templates so it cannot drift from the copy, which is what makes a site legible to search engines and assistants.
Editability
Block-based builds your team can actually change, with the patterns documented rather than locked.
Maintenance
Updates, backups, uptime and security handled, with a written record of what changed and why.
How we run it
01 · Architecture
URL structure, templates and schema decided before any design is built on top of them.
02 · Build
Blocks and patterns your team can reuse, with performance budgets enforced during the build.
03 · Hand over
Documentation written for your team, admin access in your name, and a site they can run without us.
What you get
- A build that passes Core Web Vitals on real pages, not just the home page.
- Structured data generated from your content so the two cannot disagree.
- Documentation your team can follow, not a deck.
- A migration plan that preserves existing URLs and rankings.

Straight answers
Questions we get asked
Why WordPress and not a headless build?
Because your team has to edit it. Headless is the right answer for some products and the wrong one for most marketing sites, where it usually trades everyday editability for a performance gain you could have had anyway with a disciplined WordPress build.
Will a rebuild hurt our rankings?
It can, and most of the damage comes from dropped redirects rather than the build itself. Every legacy URL gets mapped to its closest new page before launch, and we check the live redirects after, not before.
Do you maintain the site afterwards?
Yes, and it is optional rather than bundled. Plenty of clients take the build, the documentation and the admin access and run it themselves. That is a legitimate outcome and we would rather you had the choice.
Can you work with our existing site?
Often that is the better answer. If the foundations are sound, fixing the architecture, speed and schema costs far less than a rebuild and produces most of the same result. The audit will say which case you are in.
