Who we are

Slipstream.agency is a digital marketing and AI enablement agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the website at slipstream.agency. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to ahmed@slipstream.agency.

What we collect

This website has no forms and no sign-up. There is no account to create and nothing is gated. The only personal information we hold is what you send us yourself, by email or on the phone. Separately, we measure how the site is used, in aggregate, to see which pages are worth keeping.

• What you send us. If you email or call, we hold whatever you choose to tell us (your name, your company, your website and the reason you got in touch) for as long as we are talking to you about it.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. We do not use them to identify visitors.
• Analytics. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It works out the country or city from your IP address and then discards it. The address itself is not stored. We see counts and patterns, never a named individual.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to write and send the audit if that is what you asked for. We rely on your consent, which you give by getting in touch, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our work. We use the analytics for one thing only: understanding which pages are useful so we can write better ones.

Who can see it

Your correspondence sits in our email, read by the people working on your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The organisations that necessarily handle it are our web host and our email provider, both acting on our instructions. Our analytics are processed by Google, whose own privacy policy governs what they do with it; that data is held separately from your correspondence and is never joined to it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably still be talking to you about them, and no longer than three years after our last contact. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and shows you no adverts. It does set measurement cookies: Google Analytics uses them to tell a returning visit from a new one, and loading them calls out to Google. Our own team is excluded, so administrators browsing the site are not counted. WordPress sets a cookie only for people who log in, and our security and content delivery provider may set one to tell visitors apart from bots. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so type costs you no third-party request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ahmed@slipstream.agency and we will act on it within thirty days. To stay out of the analytics entirely, most browsers let you block cookies for a site, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics everywhere.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
