What we collect

This website has no forms and no sign-up. There is no account to create, nothing is gated, and we do not build a profile of you from your browsing. The only personal information we hold is what you send us yourself, by email or on the phone.

• What you send us. If you email or call, we hold whatever you choose to tell us — your name, your company, your website and the reason you got in touch — for as long as we are talking to you about it.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to write and send the audit if that is what you asked for. We rely on your consent, which you give by getting in touch, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our work.

Who can see it

Your correspondence sits in our email, read by the people working on your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The organisations that necessarily handle it are our web host and our email provider, both acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably still be talking to you about them, and no longer than three years after our last contact. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets a cookie only for people who log in to administer the site, and our security and content delivery provider may set a cookie to tell visitors apart from bots. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not call out to any third party.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
